RivalSignalX is a subscription-based competitor intelligence service for SaaS teams. Subscribers receive a weekly AI-generated brief every Monday covering what their tracked competitors did that week: pricing changes, product feature launches, hiring signals, G2/Capterra review trends, and positioning shifts.

The service is fully digital. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Pricing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Delivery

This is a digital service. After payment is confirmed, you will be directed to a setup form to provide the names of the competitors you wish to track. Your first brief will be delivered to your registered email address the following Monday morning (UTC). Subsequent briefs are delivered every Monday.

There is no physical delivery. No shipping costs apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@rivalsignalx.com.

• You retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No charges are made after cancellation.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

6. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Because reports are compiled and delivered on a weekly basis, partial-period refunds are not available. If a report was not delivered due to a confirmed error on our part, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case individually.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. RivalSignalX does not store card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's security practices and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
